Theoretical And Empirical Exploration On Forest Sanatorium Planning

The World Health Organization shows that today's human medical model has gradually transformed clinical medicine into preventive medicine and rehabilitation medicine,nowadays self-care has become most people's concern.And forest therapy is a very good way of self-care,which carries out scientifically certified forest sanatorium,to achieve the purpose of health care during leisure and recreational activities,the development of forest therapy will greatly reduce the expenditure on national health care and increase people's well-being,and it's an effective measure to build ecological civilization including creating a beautiful China.The study uses methods of crossover research,literature analysis,questionnaire survey,forest environmental monitoring and field investigation.By collating the literature and putting forward the first theoretical framework of the forest sanatorium planning system for the first time:(1)the theoretical system of the forest sanatorium.The concept of the forest sanatorium is defined,which are three basic elements of the forest sanatoriums,the three convalescence levels,the six convalescence ways,the target group and the similarities and differences between other forest scenic spots.(2)The environmental suitability evaluation system of forest sanatorium is constructed.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the article determines the weight of three sub-indicators,which are human comfort index,air cleanliness index,and suitable outdoor activity index,in order to construct the environmental suitability evaluation index system of forest sanatorium and further draw the evaluation criteria.(3)The planning system of forest sanatorium is constructed.Based on the theory and practice of forest therapy at home and abroad,it defines the site selection requirements and site evaluation indexes of forest sanatorium and puts forward the overall planning principle,project design and scientific planning steps creatively.(4)Auxiliary system of forest sanatorium consists of six auxiliary systems,which are forest sanatorium,explanation system,professional guidance system,efficacy test system,medical security system,identification and life system.On the basis of theoretical research,taking the Tianmu Mountain National Nature Reserve in Hangzhou for example,the author divides the functions of the forest sanatorium according to the different needs of the experienced groups,planning for the key projects,designs the Tianmu Mountainforest sanatorium Menu and supporting facilities.The case plan is to deepen and verify the method and theory proposed in the paper.Finally,that proposes eight development strategies for the forest therapy,including raising the social awareness of forest therapy;strengthening the role of government in forest therapy;fostering forest-related industries;multispectral cross-sector collaborations;building forest therapy Training mechanism;the use of Chinese forest culture,health culture,to create Chinese characteristics of the forest sanatorium;increasing the international and domestic exchange and cooperation;developing the characteristic forest convalescence curriculum system.
