In the 21st century,with the rapid development of information technology and communication technology society,people use electricity requirements are getting higher and higher,in order to meet the electricity needs of customers,the State Grid Corporation of smart grid construction in line with China's national conditions project development tasks,the primary task is reflected in the grid and power users more accurate and convenient interactive communication in terms of information resources,the establishment of information collection system has its necessity and feasibility,in the current and future period inside,will continue to be a national smart grid construction project in a research focus.Data transmission due late development of smart grid systems and power lines in some areas is more complex,which also collected for electricity caused some difficulties.Based on this,the main system for information collection system design,construction planning,protection measures were analyzed.Paper selected for the study branch of North China Power Grid,the first of our information collection system function,structure,relationship with the smart grid to make a brief introduction,followed by the status of the system in the North China Power Grid to make an analysis and evaluation,the information collection system and the development trend of the grid in the North to make a prediction,and a core part of the design and information collection system carried out a detailed description of the design,the final goal of building the system,building programs and building programs carried out a detailed study,and made investments estimated benefit analysis and the necessary measures to safeguard.
