Research On BIM Systematic Application Of Architectural Project In Construction Stage

With the development of productivity and the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,the construction industry is developing in full swing.More and more construction projects are presented with large scale,long period,complex technology and management.BIM technology is being vigorously promoted as a new management tool,which is becoming more and more valuable for building construction.As an important part of the whole construction process,the construction stage has the characteristics of large amount of information,rapid change of information and many influencing factors,and the application of information show obvious characteristics of fragmentation,which makes the application of BIM have a single character in the construction phase.The study of systematic application of BIM increases the relationship among participants,different majors and construction objectives,improves project management level and construction efficiency,which will inevitably have a profound impact on the development of the current construction industry.Firstly,based on the understanding of the development status at home and abroad,combined with the basic knowledge of systems theory and other related disciplines,the article starts from the basic concepts of BIM system and systematic application,and studies the implementation mode of systematic application of BIM in the construction stage,the construction of functional information module and the composition of the comprehensive management system on the BIM platform,then,the management of the information in the BIM system and the application rights of the BIM platform are explained;Secondly,according to the application requirements of BIM platform in the system,the systematic application strategy of BIM is studied from the aspects of system design,test and maintenance based on BIM platform;Finally,the systematic application framework of BIM in construction stage is designed from the point of practice,the dynamic and shared information of construction stage is studied and the practical application of longitudinal and horizontal information flow is analyzed.
