Cost Control Improve Of SUV Vehicle Model Project In BA Company’s Body Shop

With the continuous renewal of market demand,the customer demands for the product price is getting higher and higher,to improve the product quality and reduce manufacturing costs become the problems which restrict the rapid development of the enterprise.Especially in the automotive industry,in order to survive in the fierce market environment we need to develop the products which make the customer satisfied,less rework.Project cost control for enterprises to establish manufacturing competitiveness in product design,and process planning,operations management,quality management.This article is based on a new vehicle model import of welding plant in BA company as the research object.First introduces the new vehicle model import BPMP process of BA company,every stage of the management projects and the body shop cost structure.Through the analysis of the industry for standard cost,find out manufacturing costs in new models ‘project into the lack of cost control.Based on the idea of object cost,at the concept development stage,establishing cost planning system and cost control evaluation;at the design stage,using the design for assembly DFA technique,building body design optimization rules,proposing cost improvements ECR proposal,reducing the cost and shorting the construction period;at the process stage,using the IE techniques,focus on improving the ability of engineering programming,optimizing the labor costs of assembly;throughout the project investment evaluation,using the KT technique in the procurement project plan evaluation,determined the necessary investments and reasonable investment to make the procurement evaluation decision is the best.In the new model SUV import activities,in the case of body plant,carrying out the cost management simultaneous engineering work above,we will reduced the single SUV manufacturing costs effectively and enhanced enterprise competitiveness in the industry.In this paper,carrying out the project cost control in the process of optimization strategy,through the research institute,technology department,production factory,purchasing department,quality control department,finance department,suppliers and other different departments work together,to establish a set of cost management which suit for the independent auto brand,also can be applied to other areas of management and industry.
