Research On Project Target Cost Management Of Zhong Xiang Construction Company

Under the background of bidding system,the cost management of the project construction enterprise follows the principle of "price based separation",which determines the profit of the project with the cost of the project,and combines the project cost with the strategic goal of the whole enterprise.Therefore,a new model of project cost management guided by the overall strategy of the enterprise is great significance to the project cost management of the construction enterprise.In this paper,the research results of construction project management and construction project cost management are first reviewed,and under the project target cost management which are determined by strategic management theory?system theory?stakeholder theory?incompatible job separation theory?control theory and integrated management,we design the framework of project target cost management mode.Secondly,according to the problem of Zhong Xiang construction company that the cost management system under the current project manager responsibility system reduces the profit space of the project,the target of cost control is not clear and the risk of the time limit is increased,it is pointed out that the main failure is that the cost management is not divided under the item manager responsibility system,carry out the reasons for the team members and from the time limit.Then,take the project team and restructured the project target cost management process,the target cost was decomposed to the cost factor and the schedule,and the target cost deviation early warning and correction control mechanism was set up,and the project team was executed.The cost assessment mechanism forms the project target cost management model.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee proposal to realize the project target cost management mode from three aspects:building the cost data system,strengthening the project quality control and coordinating the management of the construction site.The possible innovation of the article is to change the traditional model of project cost management by project manager responsibility system,and build a set of project target cost management model guided by the overall strategy of the enterprise.The model takes the project team as the responsibility body,decomposes the cost of the project target to the cost factor and the project schedule,and dynamically controls the cost deviation and the cost saving incentive.
