Abstract/Summary:
As the final process in the production of automobile exterior covers,hemming plays an important role in the quality of the vehicle.The equipment used currently cannot cover efficiency and flexibility simultaneously,the joint production line of the roller hemming machine and hemming machine can combine the processing advantages of the existing hemming equipment and release the hemming efficiency to the extremity,this is explored by associating motor driven hemming machine and roller hemming machine in this paper.Firstly,the motor driven hemming machine uses motor drive instead of hydraulic drive,which fundamentally solves a series of problems such as large space occupied and oil leakage,and also makes a dramatic change in the transmission structure.Through calculation and analysis,an appropriate control plan was formulated to ensure the hemming quality.Secondly,as a trial of the combined processing of hemming and roller hemming on the production line,associating motor driven hemming machine and roller hemming machine have remained flexibility and improved the processing efficiency to a certain extent.Then,according to process requirements and the characteristics of the equipment,the appropriate component,including motion controller,servo motor,six-joint robot,pressure sensor,teach pendant,etc,build the hardware circuit.According to the characteristics of the system of the KEBA motion controller,the PLC program is designed to build a bridge between the RC program and the hardware.According to the points of control of motor driven hemming and roller hemming processing,online programming and off line programming techniques are used to complete the equipment processing program.Finally,through the assembly debugging and processing test,the equipment processing result is evaluated to meet the processing requirements.
