In order to meet the needs of modern war,weapons and equipment are developed in the direction of integrated,integrated and networked.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the integration test,effectiveness evaluation and other testing and verification means.Only through the internal field test,all the tests and verification work can not be completed,and the external field needs to be carried out.Combined test.S is a comprehensive electronic technology research institute,which is mainly engaged in the development and production of military electronic equipment and information systems.In order to develop the external field test,the construction of the experimental field project("SYC project")has been carried out.The SYC project is relatively special,needs relatively clean electromagnetic environment,has the terrain that simulates the high and low drop of the omni-directional signal source and so on.It can carry out all kinds of direction finding,distance testing and so on,so there is a special terrain with the combination of mountain and flat ground.Because of the particularity of SYC project and the lack of mature system or experience in construction test outfield,there are great risks in the whole process of project construction.Taking the SYC project risk management as an example,this paper uses the theory and method of project risk management to carry out risk management research on risk planning,risk identification,risk analysis,risk response,risk monitoring and so on.First of all,the SYC project is briefly introduced.Then,according to the characteristics and actual situation of the project and the full cycle management of the project to carry out WBS decomposition,combined with the decomposed WBS to carry out the risk planning,including the organization and responsibility of the project risk management organization and responsibility,the project risk management plan and so on;and then the use of brainstorming and other methods to the project The risk is identified,and the identified risks are analyzed with qualitative and quantitative methods.Finally,the corresponding risk response and monitoring measures are formulated according to the results of the risk analysis.Through the research on the risk management of SYC project,the improvement of SYC project risk management is put forward,which can provide reference and reference for the risk management of the fixed assets investment project of S and the follow-up similar projects.
