China is the biggest manufacturing country,in recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the level of manufacturing in China has been rapidly improved.However,the manufacturing level of many domestic enterprises is lack of competitiveness in international,both technology,process equipment and the level of management lag behind Japan,Germany,the United States and other industrialized countries.The premise of technological development is to innovate,and innovation is the first power to lead the development.Technological innovation,as a form of scientific and technological innovation,is a necessary condition for the long-term development of enterprises.Technological innovation is divided into product innovation and process innovation.For the same product,if the production process is different,the quality of the product,production efficiency and production costs will be greatly different.Thus,we can realize the importance of process innovation for enterprises.Axiomatic design theory can provide theoretical guidance and the design framework for design process,and provide the basis of evaluation for the design results.This paper use the axiomatic design to guide the process of process innovation,and process innovation is divided into three aspects: new technology,new equipment and new methods of organization and management,and the focus of this paper is on using the axiomatic design to innovate for the equipment of process innovation.In order to further study the causes of coupling designit puts forward the concept of adjoint parameter,main parameter and parameter of deterioration to help designers analyse and solve the design problems.When the coupling design appears,we need to do decouple design,and axiomatic design has put forward the coupling problem,but do not provide a systematic method to analyze and solve the coupling problem.Based on the principle of conflict resolution in TRIZ theory to solve the coupling problem.After the decoupling design process system and the nonliner design process desiged into service,process system process parameters(PVs)gradual changes and mutations coupling process systems analysis and prevention is proposed duing to the process parameters of the system will gradually wear out,aging,relaxation and so on with time going.Meanwhile process improvement system parameters is set forth.This article analyszed the coupled design parameters associated with the device and deterioration caused by the changing point respectively.And the way to solve and prevent problems was arisen.The correctness and feasibility of the theory is verifyied combining with press-fit the valve guide and examples of the injection molding machine.
