| In recent years, the world energetically advocates low carbon, energy-saving and environmental protection concept, bicycle which has a long history of the mechanical products, is entering a new brilliant development period once again. At present, the development trend of bicycle design has been gradually characterized by large varieties, small batch, customization and market quick response. How to develop the product which fits the market needs of the customers in the shortest time has become the key point for all the bicycle manufacturing and sales enterprises.Currently, the domestic and foreign research for bicycle innovation methods is majorly developing from stability and structured research to parametric design. Bicycle, in some aspect, is still regard as traditional mechanical products by many designers, thus, they still adopt the traditional design methods on bicycle product concept design, in which the design is mainly rely on designers'personal experience.Regarding the problems for bicycle concept innovation design, after the thorough study on AD and TRIZ, this paper combines these two together, builds a concept design method of bicycle. The method, by using the systematic advantages of the overall design and process analysis in AD, and TRIZ's powerful tools in solving concrete conflict problems, integrates them together to get the bicycle concept design solution. By using C# as development environment language, SQL server 2008 database, the subject develops a bicycle concept innovation design software system. The system builds a practical concept innovation design platform for bicycle design. This paper's mainly research includes the followings:Chapter One: introduction. This chapter expounds the origin and significance of the research subject, meanwhile, analyzes and researches the innovation design methods and current status of bicycle design in domestic and abroad. After that, it is determined to use AD and TRIZ as the theoretical basis to establish the research subject: building a bicycle concept innovation design method based on AD and TRIZ.Chapter Two: bicycle theoretical basis. Through analyzing the purpose of the bicycle in every category, this chapter modularizes the bicycle, clear the main function modules and applications, meanwhile, after building the simplified model for bicycle, this chapter makes the static analysis and torque analysis, obtains the general equation of motion. Based on this, it further divides the basic function requirements from the customers'stand of view.Chapter Three: building the concept innovation design method based on AD and TRIZ. This chapter briefly introduces AD and TRIZ; finds out their similarities and differences; combines with the actual situation of bicycle products, integrates the two theories, lastly, builds the concept innovation design method for bicycle products.Chapter Four: bicycle concept innovation design software based on AD and TRIZ. By using C# as the development environment language, SQL server 2008 as database, this chapter develops a bicycle concept innovation design software system. It provides a design platform for bicycle innovation design.Chapter Five: innovation design example. This chapter, starting from a practical bicycle user's demand, tells the application methods and skills for bicycle innovation design software system.Chapter Six: summary and prospect. This chapter summarizes the front chapters, and then raises some problems in the process of the research subjects and the further developing direction.The innovation points of this subject are as followings:⑴Combines the Axiomatic Design and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, build a bicycle concept innovation design model based on the two theories.⑵Using C# and SQL server 2008 as software tools, develops a bicycle concept innovation design software system. |
