The process is one of the most important links in product production,which occupies most of the time of the whole manufacturing process.The scientific and reasonable process design process can greatly improve the manufacturing efficiency of products.However,with the continuous change and improvement of manufacturing demand,the traditional process design method gradually reveals the disadvantages of low knowledge application rate and low innovation efficiency.To apply process innovation design to manufacturing systems,this thesis studies the knowledge modeling and application methods supporting process innovation design and mainly carries out the research work of knowledge base construction for process innovation design,innovation knowledge push algorithm design,and knowledge-driven process innovation strategy design.The main research contents of this thesis include:(1)The knowledge base of process innovation design is established.Firstly,the characteristics of process innovation design knowledge are analyzed,and the innovation knowledge is classified.To realize the purpose of constructing the knowledge base of innovation design,the knowledge graph of process innovation design is established by using unstructured,semi-structured,and structured knowledge in a bottom-up way,and the graph is stored and operated by Neo4 j software.Finally,according to the conceptual relationship of different knowledge items,the corresponding semantic rules are established,and the innovation knowledge reasoning process is realized by using Protégé software.(2)Hybrid collaborative filtering knowledge push algorithm for process innovation is designed.According to the innovation knowledge needs of designers,a knowledge push framework for process innovation design is proposed.The knowledge push model of innovation design based on project demand,user demand,and context information is established respectively,and the similarity algorithm between knowledge items and the user demand knowledge push algorithm based on comprehensive context weight is designed.On this basis,the two algorithms are fused to obtain a hybrid collaborative filtering knowledge push algorithm based on project,user,and context.Finally,the algorithm is verified.(3)The knowledge-driven process innovation design strategy is studied.According to the requirements of process design,the process problems are formally described,and the knowledge-driven process innovation design strategy is proposed based on the characteristics of the QFD method and TRIZ theory.The innovation knowledge is pushed according to the process design requirements to realize the transformation from user requirements to design characteristics,to obtain the negative correlation parameters of process problems.Then,based on innovation solution knowledge,the designers can complete the process of innovation design.Finally,the innovation design strategy is verified by taking the microturbine as an example.(4)The knowledge push prototype system of process innovation design is designed.The overall structure,function module development environment,and operation flow of PIDKSS are introduced,and the interactive interfaces of the system are displayed.
