Product Innovation Design Based On TRIZ Theory Research And Application

With the development of economy and the improvement of science and technology, people has higher demand for goods, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, the enterprise must speed up the development cycle, as soon as possible to launch new products to win customers, to win the market, obtain continuous development. Therefore, on the basis of original products, introduce constantly innovation, promoting nice and new products is an important way for enterprises to promote the competitiveness. And the problem how to realize the rapid innovation is the enterprise and many researchers have been trying to solve. This paper analyses the main enabling tools of TRIZ theory, put forward the framework of mechanical product innovation design based on TRIZ theory, earring out innovative design based on the combination of orbital tester structure defects.This paper first summarize product innovation design and the application of TRIZ theory; Then introduce the TRIZ theory applied to main problem analysis, solving tools of the product innovation design, including technical system evolution, the conflict problem, the material field analysis and standard solution, effect of science and knowledge base, etc; After demand analysis and function analysis of product introduction, on the basis of main content in TRIZ theory put forward of product innovation problem solving strategy, divide into contradiction problem solving strategies, the material field problem solving strategy and cutting produce innovative design, according to different problems using the corresponding solution strategy, integrate evaluation have finally got the original understanding of innovation design, on the basis of the problem analysis and solving, integrated evaluation summarizing the overall framework of product innovation design based on TRIZ theory; After combining with engineering example, analysis the function structural of the orbital tester, build out of orbit tester function model, and carries on the analysis of problems; Finally, using problem solving strategies to solve problems which exist in the functional model, generate innovation solutions, which respectively innovative design for competitors pushed changement, connecting mechanism of the beam, and the brake wheel and frame, finally get orbit tester innovation design.In this paper, theoretical method system combined with engineering example, completely and effectively verified feasibility, validity and practicability of the overall framework of product innovation design based on TRIZ theory.
