Research On Government Regulation Of Construction Safety Risk Based On Risk Matrix

In recent years,China's economy has got a sustainable development,and the scale of the construction industry has continued to expand.However,the overall safety situation of construction is not optimistic.Construction safety accidents occur with high frequencies,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of the construction industry and the safety of construction.It has also become the focus of attention of today's society and the masses.Therefore,it's of great urgency for government agencies to improve the safety regulation on the construction market.How to evade the safety risks of building construction,prevent all kinds of risks in the first place,and systematically analyze the safety risks of building construction in order to improve the level of government supervision is an important research direction of current construction safety risk supervision.This research mainly adopts the method of literature analysis,comparative analysis and empirical research,with focus on risk matrix analysis of Qingyuan City's case.Through the form of questionnaires,to know the perceptions of construction safety stakeholders(government regulators,professionals,construction industry managers,and related practitioners)on the safety risks during construction,and use the risk matrix method to identified and judged risk points.Through the risk matrix analysis,it's concluded that“the person is not protected in the dangerous area”during the construction process is the most critical risk,and the various risk points that need to be supervised are summarized,and then the multiple interests is strengthened.The risk interaction analysis of the main body,in order to compare and identify the blind spot,weaknesses and breakpoints in the government supervision of construction safety risk,as the basis for further improving and optimizing the government construction safety risk,and correspondingly Regulate manpower,tools and other regulatory resources,and based on this,propose countermeasures to improve government supervision of construction safety risks in Qingyuan City.
