Construction Risk Management Of Foshan Metro Line A Under Insurane Broker's View

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous rapid growth of urban population,the traffic jam caused by this has seriously troubled people's daily life.In order to relieve the traffic pressure,taking subway is becoming the main mode of transportation for people.In recent years,the subway construction in various regions of China has developed rapidly,and the subway project has become a key livelihood project closely related to people's life.From the angle of construction,the subway engineering is a complex system engineering with a long construction cycle,and will be affected by many factors with difficult site construction.The higher construction risk will not only bring the subway engineering and construction personnel safety hidden trouble,but also cause life and property security risks to the people around construction site.In this paper,by collecting all kinds of claims data occurred during subway construction in recent years,adopt the comprehensive analysis method to classify and statistically analyze the important data related to subway construction safety,and analyze the regularity of claims occurred in the statistical interval to obtain the current situation of subway construction risk.Afterwards,WBS-RBS was used to identify the risk factors in the subway construction from the four aspects of Man-Machine-Environment-Management,matching the risk factors with the insurable scope of all risks in the construction project to identify the risk factors within the scope of all risks in the construction project.Thirdly,the probability of risk occurrence and the degree of risk impact of risk factors were quantitatively measured,and the level of each risk factor was determined by cluster analysis method.Finally,taking the level of risk factors as the key object of risk management and starting from the engineering insurance,the suggestions and measures of risk management for both parties in risk management organization and disaster prevention and loss reduction are given.At present,insurance is the main way of risk transfer for large infrastructure projects,and all kinds of insurance involved in the project shall be arranged as a whole according to the characteristics of risk factors of the project itself.This paper,from the perspective of insurance broker,identifies and evaluates the risks that may be encountered during the construction of subway line A in foshan city,analyzes various conventional risks during the construction process,and puts forward corresponding risk control schemes,which provides new basis for further preventing subway construction risks.
