At the international level,the most usual efficient way for natural disaster management is insurance mechanism.Earthquake insurance coverage and developmental level generally decide earthquake risk assurance degree which domestic residents can obtain.In recent years,with increasingly attention from government and society continued heat up.Top level design of earthquake insurance from our country have created,which means that development of earthquake insurance enters fast lane.Although it has a large series of demand in potential market and frequently published advantageous policies,the actual market of earthquake insurance gets poor performance,which are less than satisfactory.Eventually it facilitated earthquake insurance in situation that low interest on both sides of supply and demand.Because of high operational risk and difficulty in making profit,insurance proprietors remain high alert condition on earthquake insurance consistently.Meanwhile,low recognitory degree on earthquake insurance,incomplete policy system restricts our country earthquake insurance to develop as well.In conclusion,implementing analyzation earthquake insurance's business risk in depth and exploring feasible and efficient methods of risk management can improve our country's earthquake insurance coverage,and sustain development principle which have theoretical significance and practical value.Thus,based on these,this article carried out these researches out which mentioned below:(1)Based on present foundation what out country researched on the development of earthquake insurance,it recognizes the method of flow process analysis and expert consultation,which work on our country's earthquake insurance.It conclude and discerned twenty-three main risks with detail.These risks can be generalized into four categories and they are pure risk,design risk,induced risk and correlated risk.Then,it gave definitions for these four risks separately.(2)For understanding regional differentiation of pure risk on earthquake insurance field,firstly,it built an evaluation index system for pure risk in earthquake insurance.Additionally,it utilized genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization to optimize and improve the projection pursuit model.It utilized these model and method to make comprehensive assessments for 31 provinces pure risk in earthquake insurance of our country.Simultaneously,it combined optimal segmentation methods to divide our country earthquake insurance's pure risk into different areas.The results of assessment and area partition indicate that pure risks of our country earthquake insurance distribute with unbalanced status,and it shows that pure risks are characteristic of agglomeration of area differentiation.It presented upward trend from the eastern area to the middle area to the western area.For revealing discrepant reasons of different province's pure risks of earthquake insurance.It utilized Theil index to resolve differences in valuation index and it found that within class differences of index are the main and decisive reason that causes differences of pure risk in earthquake insurance.This outcome solves the drawbacks of present research what only focused on evaluation results and ignored to analyze deeply the outcome.(3)Pricing is one of the key process of insurance product design.Based on seismic engineering,it imports capital asset pricing model and built earthquake insurance rate setting model which associated with our country out.The model has ability to reflect adequately earthquake risk on insurance sign,also it considers variety of influence factors what are structure types,building functions,building ages,and secondary disaster risks.Meanwhile,it used method of capital asset pricing model to solve problems of risk premium rate and it adopts examples to verified feasibility of earthquake insurance premium rate model.(4)For decreasing induced risks from consumers behaviour,it did field researches which are Shaan Xi citizens' earthquake insurance willingness to participate.It combined method of conditional valuation to calculate the willingness to insured rate in Shaan Xi citizens.The outcome reveals influence factors for willingness to insure.The researches find that citizens in Shaan Xi have high insurance awareness.However,they are lack of cognition degree of earthquake insurance.One of significant factors is bad impression for insurance industry which extremely limits development of earthquake insurance.Hence,it makes sense that has large requirement space of personal casualty risk protection after earthquake.According to the empirical,analyzing conclusions give suggestions from improving personal casualty protection coverage rate,perfecting image of insurance industry,strengthening publicity of earthquake insurance and so on.Because of problems about personal casualty risk protection,it imports the definition of catastrophe petty life insurance,also of consumers have right to make choices on different models of catastrophe petty life insurance.Moreover,it discusses business subject and product designs in depth.(5)This article gives insights and theoretical analysis of our country's laws and policy of earthquake insurance,reinsurance policies,risk fund rules about earthquake and catastrophes and regulatory policies,and it makes suggestions for constructing complete and normative earthquake insurance protection system and reducing government correlated risk.(6)The article come up with a definition of ancient architecture earthquake insurance to innovate earthquake insurance products.It utilizes that teases current situation about insurance for historical buildings,and analyzes difficulties in exploiting ancient buildings insurance.Absolutely it has a deep-going discussion about product design.The example is the representative of masonry pagodas-Small Wild Goose Pagoda.Utilizing and combining outcome from analysis of structural vulnerability of ancient pagodas of research group,constructs vulnerability curve of small wild goose pagoda earthquake happened.Then,it determines earthquake insurance pricing
