Risk Management And Construction Insurance In The Construction Period Of Urban Rail Projects

In recent years, with the vigorous development of domestic urban rail transit construction, as well as the wide use of insurance brokers, insurance broker Angle research its risk management and insurance is more urgent solution.In this paper, from the Angle of insurance broker, and through the risk identification, risk management and engineering insurance from three aspects, this paper will be the broker’s meaning and function based on the current expansion and extension, make it not just stuck in the insurance and claims to support, but extends to risk identification and risk management.First of all, from the perspective of the risk identification, the construction process of natural calamities and accidents, such as risk factors are analyzed, and concluded that an insurance broker shall be deeply involved in risk identification, and its insurance scheme combining with the process of risk identification data. Secondly, from the government supervision, supervision of construction enterprise and project insurance risk management system, it is concluded that the insurance broker to participate in risk management, and make the concept of "dynamic" insurance scheme. At the same time, this article extend the insurance broker`s rule to the risk transfer and risk retention from pure insurance placement and claim support. Later, in this paper, from underwriting and claims, this article deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the actual project, such as the engineering change, turnover materials common problems, and provide my own views and solutions. Finally, based on two real cases visually shows the practice of risk identification, insurance plan review, and the function and significance of the broker, achieve the combination of theory and practice.
