The global medical market is rising sharply.However,it doesn’t have the same performance as expected in China.In the analysis of various literature and market forecasting experts,most of the researchers and analysts are simply attributed to a good brand effect of the international medical companies and a short history of Chinese medical companies.But in addition to the factors,the root cause of this situation is that the managements creation and development by Chinese medical manufacturers themselves,especially the current market price transparency and manufacturing level of automation.How to tap the profits from A source of procurement management,the lack of management led to supply instability,quality unguaranteed and high prices.All these factors lead to shortage of product competitiveness,behind the international medical manufacturers.Here we summarize the basic theory and influencing factors of the existing medical equipment procurement management by analyzing the relevant theoretical literatures of medical enterprises at home and abroad.And then introduces the general situation of procurement and its management problems;and then find the difference between company L and benchmarking companies under the benchmark management method.In the following analysis,based on the ASME,the questionnaire to find out where the process needs to be improved and supplier management.Finally,through the fine production of ESIA method and ABC classification and AHP analytic hierarchy process,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of procurement process optimization,supplier selection and evaluation and optimization of procurement improvement strategy.At the same time,it also puts forward recommendations of the guarantee of organizational structure,Information system module,relying on the information system to improve information link of procurement departments and outside to achieve a high degree of automation office,while strengthening the professional level of procurement and etc.We anticipate that improve the procurement management level and Build core competitiveness by building and enhancing the procurement management mechanism through the above recommendations.
