Applied Research Of Critical Chain Management In DH Company's Nuclear Power Equipment Manufacture Preparation Management

Because the characteristics of nuclear power equipment products are complex structure,wide knowledge and discipline in design,manufacture and inspection,long manufacturing cycle and high quality requirement.Nuclear power equipment manufacturing technical preparation management plays a critical role in manufacturing progress and quality.However,the traditional method of nuclear power equipment manufacturing technical preparation management,based on the Critical Path Method and the Program Evaluation and Review Technique,has its own inherent defects.It has been unable to meet the DH Company's needs in multi-project and multi-model manufacturing technical preparation management.Therefore,I study the application of critical chain technology in DH Company's manufacturing technical preparation management,to solve the problems existing in technical preparation management by new ideas and methods,to build the technical preparation management system based on the critical chain technology,to provides reliable data for critical chain technology applied in technical preparation management.Firstly,I introduce the research background,significance and situation,the research content and method,the nuclear power industry environment,the DH Company's basic situation,the DH Company's situation and problems of the current manufacturing technical preparation management,to revealthe limitations of traditional project management methods.Secondly,in order to use the critical chain technologyto solve the DH Company's problems in the manufacturing technical preparation management,I use as an example of DH Company's current main product-AP1000 nuclear power equipment for steam generator manufacturing technical preparation management: explore the construction of nuclear power equipment technical preparation management system based on the critical chain technology by identifying critical chain and determining buffer size.Thirdly,I make technical preparedness plan based on the traditional project management method.I verify the feasibility and scientificalness of the management system based on critical chain technology by comparison and analysis.Finally,I summarize the timing,basis and methods of the critical chain technology applied in DH Company's nuclear power equipment manufacturing technical preparation management.
