With the development of society,the environment is greatly affected,the climate warming is intensified,the pollution of PM2.5 is serious,and improving the environment quality has become a problem to be solved all over the world.Therefore,improving the environment quality is also the direction for each company.Founded in 2016,P Company is a joint venture between Japan and China,mainly engaged in the production of power lithium-ion batteries for new energy vehicles.It is the supplier of batteries for world's leading Tesla new energy vehicles,and provides customized power batteries for OEMs such as Honda,Ford and Toyota.As of now,P's orders schedule is full until the end of 2020,and it is not sure even if all production lines are fully loaded at 24 hours that the orders can be completed.In order to better meet the requirements of the OEMs,a warehouse will be established near the contracted automakers in China,and the warehouse will be ready for storage at any time.However,with the continuous expansion of enterprises,P company has Problems such as brain drain,lack of enthusiasm for employees,low corporate climate,and negative emotional growth have become increasingly serious,and issues in performance management have also emerged.This thesis will take P Company as the research object,and carry out in-depth analysis through several important and major positions of employee turnover cases.Through the use of performance management theory and human resource management model,employee communication,reading literature and other methods,the analysis of employee turnover Main reasons: performance management system,incentive system,evaluation mechanism and many other issues.Then use relevant theories and practical methods to provide constructive opinions and suggestions for P Company on how to improve the performance management system,strengthen and improve the incentive system,strengthen the career planning and the appraisal management of applicability,and help P Company to solve the problems.Encourage employees to strive for better development for themselves.The main purpose is to help P companies solve various problems and problems caused by unscientific performance management through scientific methods.At the same time,we hope that the solutions will provide scientific guidance and help for other companies to solve similar problems.
