China's railway enterprises have not been perfect in human resource management,which is not reasonable compared with the developed countries.Most railway enterprises still use the human resource management mode in the planned economy period,which is relatively old and backward.Especially in the aspect of employee performance management,it is still in the period of constant exploration,and there is a phenomenon of performance management becoming a mere formality and performance appraisal going through the motions in some railway basic stations.Railway enterprises still lag behind in the guiding concept and operation means of performance management,which leads to the lack of credibility and practical application value of the results of performance appraisal.Railway enterprise must realize the modern performance management idea and scientific sound performance management system for railway enterprises the importance of long-term development,must build in accordance with the modern management concept of human resources,scientific and effective performance management system to improve enterprise human resources management level,and improve enterprise employee's work efficiency.Taking taiyuan railway group co.,LTD.Taiyuan passenger traffic section as the research object,through to the segment quote current performance management system,it is concluded that this performance management system has not really formed this conclusion,based on the cause of the current railway enterprise performance management system to trace,combined with the analysis of current and worker interview,find out the main problems of current performance management system,such as lack of awareness of performance management,performance management,lack of systematic,formal performance appraisal,evaluation content and the way of a single lag behind,etc.In view of these shortcomings,this paper puts forward the optimization plan of performance management in this section,which finally achieves the purpose of motivating the staff and improving the production efficiency of the staff,and provides reference for the better realization of scientific and effective performance management in each section of taiyuan railway group company.
