The supervisory information system(SIS)system of the power plant belongs to the automation of the factory production process.SIS system is an important link to realize data exchange between power plant management information system and various decentralized control system.In the production process of coal-fired power plants,the accidents cannot be predicted and dealt with operators in time,resulting in casualties and property losses.The existing monitoring system cannot predict accidents.Predicting and preventing the accident by data changes by the SIS system,it is good for monitoring the improvement of information technology by providing favorable data.It has the positive significance on practical production and it can ensure the normal operation of the system and the personnel life safety by SIS.It has never been reported in the previous studies.The accident data collection and analysis of the typical accidents including outlet temperature high of boiler coal mill lead to coal mill tripping and turbine of high-pressure heater leakage in Huaneng Dalian power plant in recent years.The key parameters that can be used to predict such as the exit temperature of the mill,the adjustment of the opening,the water level of the high-pressure heater,and the end difference of the high-pressure heater are analyzed,and the laws are obtained through the difference of these important parameters over time.Then,the two typical accidents of boiler and steam engine were simulated by embedding into PI Production Book software.Finally,these important and typical accidents were monitored and prevented in the actual production processing.The specific accidents in power plant(over temperature and over-pressure,boiler trip)were foretasted through the research.It provides warning for operators monitoring by the change of specific data accurately,and provides improvement of SIS chart and history curve data,and then provides theoretical basis for predict certain accidents timely.Although there are some difficulties in this study,such as the selection of key data and the choice of the relationship between data difference and time.The accident is controlled by automatic alarm,and operators can deal with the accident at the first time.It is great meaningful that guaranteeing the normal operation of the power generation equipment and to ensure the safety of personnel life.
