It was well known that the remote sensing satellite have characters with fast flying speed,high flying altitude,far flying distance and short time of passing through the territory of a country, the time is about ten minutes in general.If it can not be caught in time and be tracked.Once we lost catching opportunity during the time of passing through the territory of a country,thus resulted in losing remote sensing receiving information,gave rise to loss which can not be remedied,bring about influence for national defence safety and military strategy.At the same time,diiring the tracking process,it is still need to intervence and adjust antenna which be controlled in time,according to concrete situation of tracking.In addition,there are several circles satellite passing through the territory of a country.It is necessary that adopting automation task procedure of satellite tracking to implement catching and tracking of the satellite,in order to reduce load of the operator.The measure angular monitor system is a important segment of the satellite tracking and measuring system closed circuit,which can carrry on real time monitoring and accurate control,so as to implement rapid catching and continuous tracking of the satellite,but the serve monitor software is the core of implementing this target.The serve monitor application system is made up of the measure angular monitor computer and the serve monitor software,the key is that the system how to implement high elevation top-passing tracking automation task procedure of the remote sensing satellite.The article briefly introduced component and development of the measure angular subsystem.Be based on requirement analysis of the serve monitor software,have had much discussion for several item key techniques inside,such as high elevation top-passing tracking technique, broken line average value-inserting method, and three axis antenna coordination-converting technique of measurement coordination and track forecasting ground coordination.Be based on it,completed a high performance serve monitor system with the function of the satellite auto catching,tracking and real time data management.At the same time,combined with engineering reality designed the third axis location preseting algorithm, time zero passing loading task track data improved algorithm,Thus implemented automation task procedure of satellite tracking. The author's study covers monitor software analysis and model-building, software project general layout, software implement and testing, and so on. realized design and development of serve monitor software by the object-oriented method.The idea adopted by this article and the algorithm designed have general purpose in a certain sense. It has using for reference and guide meaning in a certain sense with regard to remote sensing satellite ground application system. Set up general model of the monitor software by the object oriented method,realized the standardization and unification design of the serve monitor software,shortened development period of the serve monitor software, The monitor software have characters with strong real time performance, catching rapidly, controlling accurately,high level tracking automation and good reusability,maintainability and extensibility of the software.This article put forward monitor software abstract model, coordination-converting math model of measurement coordination and track forecasting ground coordination, the third axis location preseting algorithm and time zero passing task track data loading improved algorithm, and so on,which have been already verified by actual combatant running task plan,and have been widely used by a number of engineering projects and results is very good.The knowledge is involved about the serve monitor software is comparative extensive.The article only discussed the key techniques inside,it will make further stduy of these aspect such as the emergency treat in abnormal tracking situation,and confirmation of auto catching valve value in the future.
