In recent years,the development of commercial buildings in China began to enter the growth stage of blow-outs,resulting in the over-expansion of the number of commercial complexes.Under the rapid development of E-commerce and its strong influence,China's physical business is losing its status.Under such multiple influences,this article focuses on the socioeconomic field that is closely related to the experience economy theory,and focuses on the design of commercial public space to carry out the relevant research content of this article.According to the experience economic theory,the experience economy is the fourth economic form after the three major economic forms which are known,and it is the product of human needs and social productivity enhancement.In the context of this theory,many aspects of the experience economy have been highly valued,and in particular,the theory of experience creation has significant implications for the field of architectural design.With the advent of the era of experience economy,the traditional business model is already unsustainable.With the improvement of people's overall living standards,consumer demand has begun to shift to a higher level of spirituality and to pursue psychological satisfaction.This requires designers of commercial spaces to combine experience creation means,through careful design,create space places that can induce experience,stimulate the psychological feelings of consumers and ultimately guide them to consumption.It can be understood that the experience economy has led to new consumer behaviors,which in turn has driven the need for new commercial space model research.This is the most important issue in this article.The full text is composed of four parts.The first part is the introduction.The questions are asked here,and the background,content,methods and significance of the research are expounded.The current research is summarized;the second part mainly concerns the second The chapter and the third chapter,this part analyzes and demonstrates the problems.It mainly elaborates the system of experience economic theory and the framework for practice.It also makes a deep research on the experience economy and carries out experience economy and commercial public space.The deep correlation has drawn the main modes and characteristics of the commercial public space from the perspective of experience economy;the third part is the fourth chapter,where the problems are solved,based on experience-building techniques in the experience economy theory.The fourth part is the fifth chapter.The main content is the practical application.The author contacted the practical project.Through the interpretation of a practical project of personal participation,the experience space construction strategy was effectively used and expressed.
