Local Design Study To Commercial Block's External Space In Experience Economy

As the land-breeding modern civilization concentration camp,constant metabolic is original power of urban development.The fundamental factor influence to city are historic and culture,the other important factor is economy which change audience needs in city.On the current form of consumption development look,future development of service trade is well connected with experience economy.Core output of experience economy is experience which will deep influence the consumer.Chinese history of the development of urban civilization has several thousand years,there are many traditional blocks which have profound cultural accumulation.One of them is Xian Luomashi square.There are not only many material culture heritage,but also condensed special artificial scenery,local feature and national conditions and customs.Modem dietary pattern bring many morphological changes in Commercial space.Facing to the Era and future,these traditional blocks must be suit of the change.Firstly,this article recounted the theoretical basis of commercial external space design,and it disscussed commercial model,trend,and their relationship following society,economy,culture,so that become the theoretical basis and foundation of this master's thesis.Secondly,this article recalled the history and the formation process of Luomashi commercial block.It found out the formation of the historical conditions,development stage of the evolution and general changes in demand.It discussed reasons which influence the regional characteristics of Luomashi.And it indicated the Laws and characteristics which have changed with the times.Then,this article studied present situation in external space of Luomashi commercial block from material characteristics and immaterial characteristics.It found out many influencing factors around the external space to study the material characteristics of Luomashi commercial block.Such as architecture,commercial format,space form,space size,space balance,and levels of space,boundary of space,extend of space,facility of space,etc.And it found out people's activity type and activity intensity to study the immaterial characteristics.By working the material characteristics and immaterial characteristics,we will master the problems and the distinguishing characteristics of the space.At last,this article gives some points to recover the regional features for the external space of LuoMashi commercial block with combining socio-economic development.It pointed out what we should control for the traditional commercial blocks under modern economic model.Through all of these studies,we could let our cities distinct characteristics and cultural diversity.
