Research On The Renovation Design Of Old City Public Space Under The Background Of "Urban Double Repair"

After 40 years of reform,China’s economy has taken off,and behind its rapid economic development is the huge urbanization movement.The rapid urbanization movement,extensive development model and chasing disorderly growth have resulted in increasingly serious "urban disease".The old city,which carries culture and memory,has exposed more prominent and serious problems.How to transform the old city is an urgent problem to be solved in the current urban development.The renewal of public space in the old city plays an active role in promoting the construction of a good living environment,protecting the public interests of residents,and improving the efficiency of urban operation.It is a very important link in urban protection and renewal.Based on the old city public space,this paper summarizes the problems faced by public space under the traditional mode renovation.Combining the development trend of old city public space and the renewal goal,main body and mode under the concept of "double urban renovation",it puts forward the renewal principles and Strategies of public space in line with the current urban environment improvement.Taking Hangzhou Hangdaxincun and its surrounding areas as the carrier,this paper combs the current situation of land use,traffic organization,natural landscape and human sites in Hangzhou in detail,and guides by them,combines the development objectives of urban areas,and proceeds from macro,meso and micro perspectives,respectively,to study the land function,texture,road traffic,landscape system and construction in the old city public space.In order to improve the basic functions of the old city,such as living,transportation and recreation,and to continue the historical context of the city,a pleasant,livable and eco-friendly dynamic old city will be created,and then the radiation driving role of the central city area to the surrounding areas will be strengthened.
