Study On Urban Repair Of Haiz Hao Zone,Dianchi National To Urism Resort,Kunming

In 1992-1993,the State Council successively approved the trial and development of 12 national tourist resorts in China’s cities with better tourism development.After more than 20 years of development,the resorts have achieved remarkable results from scratch and from small to large.Greatly promoted the development of tourism products in China’s resorts,and promoted the comprehensive development of regional economy,society and environment.However,behind its rapid development,it also exposed a series of problems.Kunming Dianchi National Tourism Resort is a typical representative.Development achievements and development issues are all in one,and they need to be updated and developed.As a new paradigm for urban transformation and development in China,urban repair has become the most effective means of updating the current urban problems.Therefore,this study examines the situation and uses literature review,field research and mathematics.The model and other analysis methods,taking the Haishu area of Kunming Dianchi National Tourism Resort as the research object,propose the path of urban repair,the path and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the field investigation method,analyze the urban problems of Haishu area in Kunming Dianchi National Tourism Resort;after the analysis,it is concluded that it has 6 ecological protection,tourism culture,urban features,functional layout,road traffic and facilities.In terms of aspect,there are 12 sub-factors and there are problems.(2)Constructing the index system of the influencing factors of the problems in Haishu area of Kunming Dianchi National Tourism Resort;establishing the DMATEL model to obtain the factors and outcome factors of the influencing factors of urban problems and the ordering of their respective departments.(3)Through the deductive induction method,the cause factors and the result factors are respectively matched by the urban repair method;firstly,the current more mature urban repair and related theories and practical methods are used to formulate the urban repair standards,and then combine the characteristics of each influencing factor.Targetedly propose a comprehensive and feasible list of urban repair methods and draw corresponding patch maps.(4)Through the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,the ability factor measurement of the cause factor repair method;the importance of the comprehensive repair object to the development of Haishu area,the ordering of the influencing factors and the ability of the repair method,and finally the repair method capacity measure value and Sort.(5)Through the GIS network analysis method,according to the importance of the spatial distribution of the Haitang area,the progressive influence of the influencing factors on the spatial distribution,combined with the progressive repair of time,through the superposition analysis of the vector model And deepening the research,starting from the city’s integrity,the phased repair plan of Haishu District of Kunming Dianchi National Tourism Resort.
