Study On Adaptive Factors Of Eco-village Planning In Tianjing

Eco-village Planning is a main historic task in China's modernization process.In the background of development new socialist countryside and beautiful countryside,this thesis posed on Adaptive Factors of Eco-village Planning by summaring the present research and practices on eco-village construction and planning theory.Based on the Rural Planning theory and Human Settlement theory,considering the frame of Chinese Eco-village development,the thesis makes a investigation on Eco-village in Tianjin,extracts three environment system which contains the ecological environment,regional environment and social economic environment that influence the eco-village planning.Than the thesis studies on Tianjin eco-village planning development process,concludes the characteristics of different types,constrcted the adaptive factors of eco-village planning system,and study the related data analysis methods.In the end,this thesis makes a verification of adaptive factors of eco-village planning by choosing six typical ecao-village in Tianjin,summarizes the mian factor of eco-village with different types,and makes a conlusion of each eco-village's statement.In the end,this thesis also aim to make a paradigm when to plan or evaluate a eco-village,in the this circumstances that large scale number of village under constuction with various regional characteristics,multi-insterests relationship in our country.
