| Village is the place where the city began to form.People live in one place.This place can be called village.In our vast land,affected by different geographical environment,climatic conditions,rivers,regional culture,the formation of many different scales,each has its own characteristics of the village.Scientific planning is the premise to guide the village construction.Therefore,a series of laws,regulations and policies have been issued to guide the village construction and development.However,due to the different powers and responsibilities of the ministries,their different focuses of concern,management overlapping,there are a lot of contradictions in guiding village construction.The related research indicated that,when many plans play its role together,often causes the village plan achievement to be unable to instruct the village construction and the development.Based on the above situation,this paper,by combining theory with practice,on the basis of studying the relevant literature and theory of village planning,clarifies the compilation of current village planning,systematically summarizes the compilation methods of village planning,and then carries out the compilation of village planning in Gaomiao Village and Huangchun Village.The research conclusion mainly includes the following three aspects:In the aspect of literature research,through carding and summarizing the basic theory and the relevant research of village planning at home and abroad,we can find that there are many kinds of planning coexisting in different departments in village planning nowadays.As for the construction of the planning idea,this paper combs and analyzes the foreign village planning system and planning theory by collecting and reading the literature.Then the concepts of territorial spatial planning,multi-regulation and village planning are defined in detail.Based on the connotation of village planning,this paper constructs the village planning preparation path of "basic investigation,unified base,scientific analysis and planning preparation system".This research divides the content of village planning into 2 levels,village level and residential area level.The village level is the key part of the planning,which is divided into core level and support level.The key technologies are further studied,including questionnaire design,data processing and importance evaluation,which guide the division of spatial control and the key of village layout planning.On this basis,an overall rural development program suitable for national territorial space planning is formed,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the implementation of the follow-up program.Based on the framework of the above,through comprehensive investigation and analysis,through the questionnaire and basic data analysis,this paper puts forward the development goal of "Zigong Rural Revitalization and Development Model Village".Secondly,on the basis of defining the management and control space and in combination with the current characteristics and development direction,adjust the land use of the whole region,combine the layout of land for industrial development of villages,and improve the construction of supporting facilities;formulate the list of near-term construction projects,and clarify the implementation of security measures,and complete the preparation of the planning of Gaomiao Village and Huangqi Village.This study will provide new ideas for rural planning theory and method,and help to promote rural planning system reform from bottom to top.This study takes Gaomiao village and Huangqi village in Zigong area as the research object,which is of great practical significance to the "rural revitalization" of Gaomiao village and Huangqi village.Land space planning system is a huge and complex system,therefore,this paper has some limitations in the study of village planning.In the future,how to unify the technical standards,delimit the control space,and how to realize the linkage between different plans can be discussed deeply. |
