Study On The Planning Strategy Of Zhao Dai Village In Xi’an City From The Perspective Of Landscape And Village Integration

Under the background of all-area tourism,some functions of scenic spots located in rural areas are diffused and transferred to the surrounding villages,and the villages become important carriers of the resources of the scenic spots,and the original industries,space,landscape and landscape do not match the new functional needs.The "scenic village integration" has become a necessary path for its transformation and development.However,due to the lack of understanding of the theory of scenic village integration,the lack of reasonable guidance for village construction and development,and the weak interaction with scenic areas,how to strengthen the inner connection of scenic villages and enhance the level of scenic village integration development is an important issue worth studying.Therefore,in order to better meet the needs of scenic area expansion and quality improvement and village transformation and development,this paper analyzes the current situation of Zhao Dai village development under the perspective of scenic village integration,sorts out the connection between village and scenic area,analyzes the problem of village scenic village integration development,combines the influence of Louguantai resort area on village development,and puts forward the planning strategy of village and scenic area integration development.This paper adopts literature survey method,field research method,semi-structured interview method,case analysis method and inductive deduction method to develop the following research contents: i.Theoretical research,interpreting the connotation and extension of the theory of scenic village integration,analyzing the theoretical ideas embedded in scenic village integration,the development mode of scenic village integration,implementation path and benefits,summarizing the interactive relationship between scenic villages and village planning methods and contents from the perspective of scenic village integration;selecting scenic village integration Through case comparison and analysis,we will summarize the focus of the development of cultural resource-led scenic spots and natural resource-led scenic spots,and analyze the focus of the development of villages around different types of scenic spots.Second,the current situation foundation research,combing Zhao Dai village and Louguantai resort development overview,analysis of Zhao Dai village function,industrial development,spatial distribution,settlement form,landscape style and other development status and the connection between Zhao Dai village and Louguantai resort,summarize the real problems faced by Zhao Dai village.Third,sort out the characteristics of tourism resources,tourists’ characteristics and integration development needs of Louguantai Resort,and analyze the influence of Louguantai Resort on the development of Zhao Dai Village.Fourth,under the perspective of scenic village integration,the planning response methods of Zhao Dai village are proposed: cultural inheritance and ecological protection;clear positioning and scenic village complementarity;industrial upgrading and differential development;optimal layout and spatial association;landscape design and environmental improvement;benefit synergy and villagers’ participation.Further,specific planning strategies are proposed to promote the integrated development of the village and the Louguantai Resort.The conclusions of this paper are: the integration of scenic villages is a necessary path for the revitalization and development of villages around scenic spots;adjacent to cultural resource-led scenic spots,villages with profound cultural heritage should focus on cultural protection and inheritance to complement the cultural tourism development of scenic spots;the planning of villages around scenic spots should integrate the development goals and positioning of scenic villages and pay attention to the influence of scenic spots on rural development.
