The electric power industry is an important basic industry and public utility related to the national economy and people's livelihood. The security, stability, and adequate supply of electricity are important guarantees for the comprehensive, coordinated, and sustainable development of the national economy. With the continuous development of the national economy, the demand for power supply continues to increase, the problem of insufficient local power supply, and poor reliability of the grid structure become increasingly prominent, and it is particularly urgent and urgent to accelerate the construction of power grids. One of the major problems affecting the progress of power grid construction projects is the issue of evasion. The evasive conflict in power grid construction projects is often related to the tripartite game of grid companies, local governments, and community people. The process of dealing with the construction of neighboring conflicts in power grid construction is essentially a game of interests between the power grid company, local government and the community.During the process, the interaction between each other creates complex and intricate interest relationships. This article is based on the current needs of the power system reform and the development of the power grid by leaps and bounds. It uses the 220 kV power transmission and transformation project in W city and the 220 kV Baisha power transmission and transformation project as examples to understand the relevant documents and the original data of the project. The latest research related to the avoidance effect and master the basic information on the above project.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the quantitative and qualitative analysis are organically combined to analyze the weights of the two-level adjacent avoidance factors. The weighted scores of the two levels of the adjacent avoidance factors are calculated,so that the intensity of the adjacent avoidance effect of the two projects can be calculated.Judgment.In accordance with the AHP indicator used in the AHP,the description of the characteristics of the surveyed subject was listed as an option. The secondary avoidance factor was then included in the questionnaire in the Likert scale, and each was transmitted at 220 kV.The electricity project and the 220 kV Baisha power transmission and transformation project take a random sampling survey to understand the cognitive attitudes of the surrounding residents of the above two transmission projects on the above-mentioned effects of the high voltage transmission project.According to the results of the survey, combined with the overall level of weight indicators, the analysis The scores of the adjacent avoidance factors of the two projects were evaluated, and the intensity of the adjacent avoidance effect was evaluated. From the perspectives of safety factors, economic factors, environmental factors, and program factors, the causes of the above-mentioned project avoidance events were analyzed.Based on this,a tripartite dynamic game model for constructing the construction of power grid construction is proposed, and the optimal strategy for achieving game equilibrium under various conditions is obtained by using the inverse induction method. Finally, according to the results of the above analysis,it is proposed to establish countermeasures for prevention and control of project risks in assessment and emergency systems, improve compensation mechanisms, balance multi-stakeholder benefits, smooth public participation, achieve positive interactions, improve project technology, and implement technology upgrades.
