With the rapid development of the Internet,the transmission speed and mode of information dissemination have changed greatly,and it can spread rapidly without the limitation of time and space.Internet has also become an important means of appeal expression,emotional catharsis,for enterprises,the Internet public opinion is a double-edged sword,positive public opinion is conducive to enterprise image,increase revenue,but negative information transmission is easy to cause enterprise network public opinion crisis,even bring inevitable losses to enterprises,effective network public opinion crisis response strategy has become the top priority in enterprise crisis management.Based on the concept and basic theory of crisis management,this paper adopts literature research method,investigation and research method,and case analysis method to carry out a systematic research on enterprise crisis public relations in the H enterprise network environment.First,I introduced the basic situation of H enterprise,investigated the current situation of the public opinion crisis of H enterprise network,stated the evolution situation of the case events,and went deep into the public relations and administrative departments of H enterprise to design and issue research questionnaires.Statistical analysis of the survey results found the main problems of H enterprises in crisis prediction and monitoring,countermeasures and aftermath disposal.Through further research on the problem,the reasons for the existence of H enterprise network public opinion crisis response problems are the lack of crisis early warning mechanism,professional handling personnel and the lack of crisis response consciousness.Finally,according to the problems existing in the H enterprise network public opinion crisis response,the H enterprise network public opinion crisis response strategy was formulated,so as to provide guidance and reference for many enterprises,including H enterprises,and improve the level of enterprise network crisis response.This paper from the perspective of the network enterprise crisis relations strategy as the core,with network communication characteristics as the breakthrough point,explore the network public opinion communication law and principle,mainly solve the rapid development of economic science and technology and network public opinion spread rapidly,enterprise timely scientific prediction,disposal,channel public opinion crisis response,in the network environment to follow and reference.
