| With the gradual acceleration of social development in China,the development speed of infrastructure construction in the transportation industry is increasing.In recent years,China has improved the construction quality and supervision and management level.However,there are still many deficiencies in the project quality.Therefore,the project quality control has gradually become the key to determine the success or failure of the project.Based on the green spring county of Yunnan province yuan secondary highway reconstruction project as the foundation,by the method of theory combined with empirical analysis,analysis the influence factors of the transformation project quality control,the fuzzy theory model is set up to evaluate it,and in view of the problems existing in the renovation project quality control improvement measures are proposed,the main conclusions are as follows:1.It is necessary to strengthen personnel management,equipment management,material management,construction technology management and construction environment management in combination with the concept of total quality control in order to build the quality control system of the highway reconstruction project.2.The comprehensive evaluation result of quality control effect of yuan-green second-class highway reconstruction project is in the level of "critical identification",and the quality control effect still needs to be improved.3.The quality control of yuan-green secondary highway reconstruction project has a good performance in performance management,but there are deficiencies in personnel management,construction technology,material management,equipment management and environmental management.4.Improve the project from five aspects: personnel quality control,construction technology quality control,construction material quality control,construction equipment quality control,and construction environment quality control,which is conducive to solving major problems in quality control. |
