Our country has entered the stage of “the12th Five Year Plan”, it is necessary topromote urbanization, construction industry still occupy an important proportion ofnational economy and construction engineering quality has increasingly become thefocus of public attention. However, the trend of modern project has developedtowards the “groups, multi-functional, high-level”, which undoubtedly increases theconstruction difficulty of construction unit and also put forward higher requirementon the level of their constructional quality management. Meanwhile, in the course ofthe global economic integration, construction enterprises face a unified internationalmarket, whose product quality and service quality must be consistent withinternational practice and accept the evaluation of international market. Therefore, inorder to survive must attach great importance to the level of their own constructionalquality management.In this paper, taking the first phase project of Taixinguodian as the researchcontent, combine with practical engineering situation and the main point ofconstruction control, the system explores and studies the process and methods of thisproject’s quality control. The project’s quality control system is built, which is basedon correlation theory of quality management, taking quality control as the main line,combined with the actual situation of the project and in accordance with the specificmanagement requirement of engineering project，that is the quality control oforganization system, object system and process system. Before the projectimplementation, it formulates the goal and policy system of project quality as thebasis of the quality control. In the process of the project implementation, it comes upwith measures of the project’s quality control, such as establishing efficientmanagement mechanism, overall process control of implementing project, insistence on responsibility system and the like. It analyses the main factors affecting the qualityof the project and lists the measures for the quality control of sub-part project whichhave a great influence on the quality of the project, such as Reinforcementengineering, templet engineering and Concrete engineeringThe paper establishes the project’s quality assessment standards, takes intoconsideration that the characteristic of the overall evaluation of constructionalengineering quality is difficult to quantity, combines with the engineering practicalsituation, uses the fuzzy comprehensive assessment, analytic hierarchy process andexpert scoring method, builds the basic model of this engineering quality evaluation,and checks the effects of quality control of the project. The research of the paper onthe theory and practice provides a practical reference about construction qualitycontrol and effectiveness evaluation for the majority of enterprises.
