| In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on the construction of "four good rural roads" and according to the arrangement of the Rongcheng Municipal Government on the "Three-year Concentrated Attack" special action of Rural Roads in Rongcheng City,Rongcheng West Street launched the "three-year Attack" rural road reconstruction project in 2019.The west street of the city has carried out three field investigations,according to the resource endowment and basic conditions,planning and design of the road reconstruction project of three routes,a total length of 1.507 km.The previous highway,transformed in 2007,most of which are mainly ploughed road sections,other sections are cement concrete as the surface layer,due to the low level of construction technology at that time,poor quality control consciousness,road quality has appeared more serious problems.With the development of science and technology,road construction level has been greatly improved,engineering quality control has become an important factor affecting quality.In this road reconstruction project,how to do a good job in quality control of road quality and road experience plays a crucial role,how to build high quality rural roads to solve the problem urgently.This paper analyzes the flourish Chengxi subdistrict quality control status quo of rural road improvement project,find out existing problems,and analyzing the affecting factors,to flourish Chengxi subdistrict rural highway reconstruction project to study the quality control system,has been clear about the rural highway reconstruction project flourish Chengxi subdistrict the basic principles of quality control,perfect the quality control of the organization,Clarify quality control responsibility,formulate quality control methods and specific measures,and implement complete quality control on rural road reconstruction projects.In view of the implementation process of the highway reconstruction project,specific requirements are put forward from the stage of project construction,onsite construction process,project completion and acceptance,and detailed quality control methods are put forward to ensure the effective implementation of quality control in the implementation process of the project.Finally,in order to ensure the quality control system and quality control measures such as to get effective implementation in the highway reconstruction project,the paper respectively from organization,system level quality control guarantee measures are put forward,on the one hand this study to flourish Chengxi subdistrict rural highway project quality control provides guidance,on the other hand,similar to rural highway reconstruction project of significance of reference to the quality control. |
