However, due to the one-sided pursuit of high economic growth, ignoring the efficiency of the economy, the pursuit of "more, faster and cheaper" in the construction project, from the beginning of the project approval, project construction, project acceptance process is not perfect enough oversight system, resulting in varying degrees of quality of construction problems and risks. Stationed frequent quality problems, the stable development of the property and the economic and social life of our people have had a serious impact. To this end, the building management to enhance the quality of construction works of the most important, the most important task is the construction business. In this paper, under the above background, Yantai City is Yuan Yue ranks four construction projects as an example, Yuan Yue in Yantai City is ranked four projects related to content quality management.Research methods used in this paper include:literature research methods, case analysis method.
