| With the construction and development of rail transit,the impact area of rail transit stations has become a gathering place for various elements of the city driven by its advantages such as high accessibility,which affects urban land development,industrial layout and population distribution to a certain extent.The influence area of a rail transit station has two attributes: one is a node in the rail transit system,and the other is a place in the city.The construction and development of the affected area of rail transit stations is of great significance to improving the operational efficiency of rail transit and the intensive development of cities.In order to promote the sustainable development of the site-affected area,it is necessary to study the relationship between nodes and place,and guide the land development and resource allocation of the siteaffected area.This thesis takes the node-place model as the quantitative research method,takes the node value and site value of the station influence area as the breakthrough point,and takes the influence area of 19 rail transit stations of Jinan Metro Line 2 as the research object,and establishes the node-site model.Three model characteristics of the influence area of the 19 stations of Jinan Metro Line 2 are summarized and drawn.Combined with the node-site correlation research,the influence of the three model characteristics on the functional layout of the influence area is proposed.Finally,selecte one station is from each of the three model characteristics as an analysis case.Based on the objectivity of the quantitative data of the model and field research,and the subjectivity of the functional layout of the rail transit station’s influence area,the corresponding optimization and improvement suggestions are put forward for its functional layout.Based on the quantification method of the node-place model and the specific situation of the station influence area,the thesis provides the optimization idea of the function layout of the influence area of the rail transit station,which not only has certain reference significance for the reconstruction of the old area and the construction of the new area.The main research content of this thesis is divided into six chapters.The first part is the research background,research object,concept definition,research purpose and significance,research content,method and framework;the second part mainly introduces the theoretical research review related to the thesis research,and expounds the relevant research application and practice status,the third part mainly This thesis introduces the theoretical framework and optimization method of the functional layout optimization of the influence area of rail transit stations and provides subjective theoretical support for the optimization of the functional layout of the influence area below.The fourth part is the construction of the node-place model,and expounds the index system of the node-place model.Index acquisition and calculation methods,and conduct empirical research on the influence areas of 19 stations of Jinan Metro Line 2,determine the model characteristics of each influence area,and provide a quantitative analysis basis for the following.The fifth part,on the basis of the research in the third and fourth chapters,combines the quantitative results of the node-place model with the functional layout,and proposes an optimization method for the site function layout for practical cases;the fifth part is the research conclusion and prospect of the thesis. |
