Today,Chinese estate market is a foucus in China.The price of soil is the most important factor of house price and estate explore.External municipal work foundation design and construction is a part of primary land development.The project schedule and quality will affect soil cost.At pesent,the most prominent problem is overall progress is behind the plane.This article provided a detailed analysis of the question based on the YLX external municipal foundation design and construction.Several factors have contributed to the overall progress delay.The overall progress of the delay is not only from a certain part of the delay itself,More due to the long duration of the project,involving a wide range,planning,design,construction,inspection and other aspects of the transfer of the management.Lack of cross communication between departments,There may not be enough pre judgment on the risks and problems that may exist in the early stage.This article is an idea about concurrent engineering used in large municipal foundation of primary land development.The analysis is based on YLX large municipal foundation design and construction.The factors are found and crossed recombination in order to improve the flow path.In this article,it prove the worth of Concurrent engineering's idead by means of improving flow path.So that the scheme is more targeted practical.To provide a more favorable space for subsequent operations.Part of the land can be listed in advance 1-2 years,The movements of the housing occupancy time reduce the delay of 4-6 months,at the same time,help to improve project quality,improve project management level.The results of this study provide a good reference and experience.
