Research On Correlation Technique To Concurrent Process Planning

More and more enterprisers have realized that it is very important to resolve such problems as releasing technologists from burdensome and repeated labor, managing a mass of technical files and data effectively, integrating with other information systems of an enterprise and so on. The application and development of CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) has offered an approach for enterprisers radically. However, along with the CAPP technology development, the problem how to save and get data of process rough drawing from database and so on in Concurrent Process Planning that very need to be studied. This Thesis mainly focuses on how to deal with these problems.Summaries some experiences of the CAPP system practical application that are from one airplane manufacture enterprise, then introduces a CAPP system under Concurrent Engineering that be exploited by author. Three parts make up. of the CAPP system under Concurrent Engineering that based and be decomposed on manufacturing process cards characteristic:home page, job description page, process rough drawing.Then bases on these three parts, this system takes the relating database, SQL Server 2000, as the background server database and Visual Basic 6.0 and AutoCAD 2004 as foreground developing tool of database,then develop related procedure of concurrent process planning system. And it develops client software with C/S mode because this mode is interactive and transplantable and simplifies the operation greatly.Studied personnel constitutes of enterprise or the alliance and analyze the examine and approve mechanism of manufacturing process cards.Then it researchs how to construct the userinfo database in PDM, and explain conception of examination and approval, route and authority of examination and approval and so on, and introduced how to use the userinfo database to realize examination and approval flow in the CAPP system, which can run in computer network. This flow is a necessary part for process design, and manifests enterprise multistage approval system and insures validity of the design document. However, so far commercialized CAPP system has not been able to solve the question. This article discusses examination and approval flow that may say has filled blank for commercialized CAPP system under Concurrent Engineering. This system also realizes to maintenance data of manufacturing process cards that uses the PDM supervisor.To sum up, it takes to exploit a better CAPP system under Concurrent Engineering and studies its correlation key technologies. This article discusses some technologies, such as examination and approval flow, saved and got data of process rough drawing from database and so on, will make the CAPP system further development. These technologies make enterprise rapidly feed back the market change, promote the core capability, and build a strong foundation for the enterprise's information construction.
