| As market competition becoming more and more intensive and customer requirements changing more and more fast in current market circumstance.Today's companies have to adopt the advanced development patterns to improve product TQCS level and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. With the increased complexity of modern products, the management and planning of product development process has become more and more difficult. A good product development process model which can exactly describe product development processes and information exchange processes is badly needed for the better communication, collaboration, analysis, planning and improvement product development.In order to solve the problem that the development process becomes complicated and difficult to implement efficiently as introducing concurrent engineering in the product development process, this paper presents fuzzy design structure matrix based on the degree of information influence between among coupling tasks, and plans the entire development process and coupled task sets to achieve the fully optimization of product development process.For more in-depth analysis of resource allocation in the development process and resolve the problem of resource conflict, in this article, according to the characteristics of concurrent product development, priority algorithm for resource allocation is proposed. By constructing resources coordination mechanism, we can realize dynamic allocation and optimization of resources in the product development process. Then hierarchical colored Petri net is introduced in this paper, a simulation model of resource management is set up to analyze resource allocation based on product development process using the simulation tools of CPN tools, which optimizes resource allocation. |
