Design And Implementation Of Enterprise's Basic Electric Training System

In recent years,as electrical equipment and facility become increasingly important in people's life and production,electrical safety remains top priority for security of production and life.To ensure safe operation and innovative development of electrical equipment and facility,training excellent electricians is a crucial part of human resource work of companies.At present,the more normalized,standardized,refined and specialized operation of electrical equipment,the higher requirements for operation skills of relevant electrical workers,which signifies the importance of effective skills training of electricians.However,because of limited funds,less attention and inadequate training,the training of electricians at some front-line organizations and companies of power system,relative to large-scale power enterprises,is not adapted to the requirements of staff training and safety production.As front-line workers who deal directly with electrical equipment,the electricians directly manage power of companies and play an indispensable,considerable and irreplaceable role in safety production.If inadequate training results in low safety awareness and habitual violations of electricians,inevitable fatal accidents and irreparable losses will occur to companies and society.This paper is mainly to design and implement the training and examination system of front-line electricians,adopting object-oriented modeling and C/S framework design,and applying VB6.0 SP5 and Access to system design and construction.Once the training and examination system is installed on PC,communication between PC and cabinet will be realized through RS232 serial port.Set in the training and examination system of PC,faults are transferred through serial port to cabinet where the operators finish troubleshooting.The system stimulates real operation by means of fault setting,analyzing and troubleshooting,thus the training objectives of enhancing electricians' academic knowledge,safety awareness,troubleshooting level and reaction speed through repeated operational training will be achieved,while safety production and social harmony will be also realized.
