Practical training device is the main tool for students to improve their ability in practice.Its performance directly affects whether students can effectively improve their professional ability,whether teachers can achieve high quality teaching and whether they can carry out teaching reform.According to the relevant research,most of the existing practical training operating equipment is old,the function is single,the lack of organic combination with the practical application of the system and novelty,which seriously limits the quality of practical training curriculum in secondary vocational schools.Under the background of the training teaching demand of the senior vocational middle school in Anzhou District of Mianyang City(hereinafter referred to as "the Safety Vocational Middle School"),a kind of modern electrician training teaching device based on PLC and frequency converter is designed.This device adds modern electrical control technology module to traditional relay control,so that students can not only master basic electrical knowledge and skills,but also learn and master modern control technology such as PLC,frequency converter,basic industrial control and so on.And the device can also meet the needs of electrician skill appraisal and students at different levels.The main contents of the paper are as follows :Firstly,through the analysis and research on the teaching law of secondary vocational school,the present teaching situation of secondary vocational school and the teaching goal of practical training course of secondary vocational electrician,the function of the teaching device of electrical practical training is determined.The design scheme of electrician training teaching device is put forward.Secondly,based on the theory of electrical control and programmable controller control,five modules of electrical training teaching device are designed: power supply module,electrical control module,PLC module,inverter module,CSARA robot module.The circuit design,hardware selection,software design and layout of each module are described in detail.At last,the paper discusses how to organize students to use self-made electrician training teaching device to solve the practical problems in practical teaching with concrete examples.A practical teaching device for electrician training is developed,which has the advantages of low operating cost,easy teaching,systematization,practicability and novelty.The results of operation and application of the self-made electrician training teaching device and the corresponding statistical analysis prove the validity of the thesis work and provide the teaching reference value for the similar schools.
