| In the process of application of BIM technology,because of facing different external and internal environments,enterprises have not unified and clear BIM execute solution.Moreover,the enterprises are hindered by brain drain,the data of software share ineffectively and the lack of regulations.The enterprises are fumbling their way in the dark and meeting with a refusal everywhere,so the effect of BIM is not good.In order to improve the application effect of BIM,this paper apply the thought of liuchengqianyin and come up with several BIM application strategies.Firstly,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction industry.The industry faces the political,economic,social,technological and competitive environment;the obstacles of BIM application and the value of BIM application;expounds the urgency and necessity of BIM implementation,and the important position of BIM in the process of information construction and enterprise transformation.On this basis,it is necessary to set clear BIM objectives,come up with BIM application route in the strategic level.Several important strategic measures are taken from the initial construction of the enterprise to the in-depth development process,including the establishment of software environment,personnel training,BIM service outsourcing/hiring BIM consultation,project pilot,establishment of BIM center,BIM results management,and decision-making,establishment of BIM management system and enterprise-level basic database,BIM and other management systems docking.Then,this paper analyzes requirements,methods and suggestions one by one.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the obstacles of BIM application,this paper points out the enterprise management mode and business change are the most important obstacles to BIM application,and also the main measures to establish process-oriented enterprises by relying on BIM technology,and states the solutions of factor analytical approaches. |
