Driven by the rapid development of China's economy,the speed of urbanization is accelerating,and the scale of construction projects is constantly expanding and the complexity is increasing.The “internal and external troubles” of the construction industry are faced with objective survival conditions such as slowing market growth,macroeconomic regulation and control,and outstanding enterprise management issues.They are in an operation and management environment with large scale,complexity,high dynamics and increased risks.The level of management control and implementation efficiency are not satisfactory.In addition,with the promotion,application and development of a series of new technologies such as fabricated buildings and green buildings,as well as a series of new models such as PPP and BIM,standardized management has become a core concept in modern social production.It is necessary to organize the various elements in the project construction process in an orderly,close and reasonable manner to improve the project management level,obtain better project economic benefits and social benefits,and to establish a standardized process system is a key implementation approach.The management model shows a certain backwardness and incompatibility.Therefore,strengthen the top-level design of project management,and build a process-wide implementation process system with the core of “full process,full body,full responsibility,all-round,full-featured,and all-factors” to achieve project flow and standardization.Standardized and refined control to help construction companies cope with changes in the external environment,improve their project management level and implementation efficiency is imperative.This research starts from the level of engineering philosophy,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the process system construction,and reviews the current status of the process system construction.Secondly,it studies the related theories of integrated management,process traction,life cycle and other processes,and explores the theory of process traction.The coupling effect with the project life cycle theory;the detailed method of the process system construction is elaborated again,and the process drawing requirements are clarified;the whole process flow system of the construction project implementation is constructed,including the implementation subject(process organization)and the main body of the system.(Strategy,operation,function,self-sufficiency process),system operation points,etc.Finally,based on the actual project,the construction safety management process system detailed research,verifying the scientific effectiveness and feasibility of the process system.Through engineering evidence,the research results can be refined according to the specific needs of the project implementation stage.The establishment of a standardized management platform can effectively solve the problems of project management confusion,management irregularity,low management efficiency,etc.,and improve the efficiency of construction project implementation.Management levels play an important role.
