Application Research Of BIM Technology In PC Design And Construction Stage

With the continuous development of the construction industry,the industrialization of construction once again becomes the hot spot of architectural industry.As a new type of building,prefabricated house,hasn't formed a complete and supporting industrial production system,with its construction technology's huge failure to meet the production demands of modern housing industrialization.Since the main fittings of prefabricated house require their preset and pre-cast procedure performed in factory,pre-cast fittings should have detailed design before the processing production.Based on the three-dimensional digital technology,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology Integrates all engineering data information within the whole life cycle of construction projects,and achieve the information integration and sharing between different parties,different application stages,different applications.With BIM platform,the parties can save,read,update and modify information on BIM models timely to achieve the integrated management.BIM technology plays a major role in improving production efficiency,ensuring product quality,saving costs and shortening the duration.This paper investigates the application of BIM technology in the design and construction process of prefabricated house on the basis of a prefabricated residential project in Xiang Yue Lan Shan,according to the features of BIM technology and prefabricated house,in great effort to settle the technical problems and flaws during the housing construction for the purpose of improving construction efficiency,assuring construction quality as well as saving resources.This paper consists of several parts as follows:1.In this paper,combined with the construction process of a prefabricated project in Xiang Yue Lan Shan,on the basis of the theory of BIM technology and related software analysis,technical framework of BIM application in prefabricated house is presented.Combined with Luban enterprise BIM system platform and Navisworks software platform,the BIM application platform of prefabricated house is established.In this BIM application software platform,create visual analysis models according to the construction progress and need in stages,which for the construction drawing deepen design,construction process optimization and visualization,dynamic management.The BIM application platform effectively combine the construction process information,the quality information and supervision information with BIM models to solve consistency and global shared problems between the distributed and heterogeneous engineering data,and meet the different levels and requirements of information needs between different parties and functional department.2.Analyzing and summarizing the design and construction method of building model library based on BIM Technology during the participation into the production of building 22 of the prefabricated house in Xiang Yue Lan Shan,expounding the process and method of establishing the prefabricated house library on the BIM software platform,which provides reference and reference for the construction of similar assembly house.3.Using PKPM to analyze the seismic performance of the concrete core of building 22 of the prefabricated house poured in place,which is the domestic mainstream structural analysis software in the BIM software platform.4.Taking the concrete core poured in place of building 22 of the prefabricated house project as typical example to summarize the critical techniques during the production and lift construction process of formed steel pole,extracting the installation construction method of formed steel pole positioning device.5.Analyzing and summarizing the value of BIM technology in building 22 of the prefabricated house to promote the extensive application of BIM technology in the prefabricated house,and to accelerate the development of Chinese building industrialization.
