| The construction industry,as a pillar industry of China’s national economy,has shifted from rapid development to stable and high-quality development in recent years.In addition,in the era of big data,the current construction industry is also making great strides in the direction of industrialization,informatization,and digital transformation.The emergence of BIM technology has provided important technical support for the realization of the transformation of the construction industry.The promotion and application of BIM technology has caused changes in the construction industry market,under the dual test of the epidemic and the development of the industry,the construction industry has more clearly discovered the infinite possibilities that digital technology with BIM as the core brings to the industry,Leishen Mountain and Vulcan Mountain have demonstrated to the entire industry the tremendous energy that digital technology brings to the industry to solve the predicament and reduce uncertainty.The construction stage is the stage with the largest number of project participants,it is the key stage to turn drawings into objects and one of the stages that best reflects the core value of BIM technology.However,the level of development of China’s BIM technology is uneven,and there is a lack of management means to improve the application capabilities of BIM technology,which seriously hinders the enthusiasm of the project to introduce BIM technology and hinders the development of China’s BIM technology.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an effective evaluation system to evaluate the application ability of BIM technology in the project,and to continuously improve the application ability of BIM technology by identifying weak links through circular evaluation and making targeted improvement measures.The maturity model has been widely used as an effective tool to effectively evaluate and continuously improve the capabilities of an enterprise or project.This paper takes the construction phase as the research object and introduces the maturity model to the evaluation of the application ability of BIM technology in the construction phase.Consult the related literature on BIM technology and maturity,and summarize the current research status of BIM technology application and maturity;the application status of BIM technology in the construction phase is analyzed from four aspects: planning control before construction,infrastructure guarantee,model management and project management.Based on the K-PM3 model and CMM model,the BIM technology application maturity model was established,a maturity evaluation index system including 19 secondary evaluation indexes has been constructed.Taking an actual project as a case,the application of BIM technology in project management during the construction phase was analyzed,through the evaluation of the maturity model,it is concluded that the maturity of the application of BIM technology in the construction phase of the project is in the upgrading stage,and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward according to the analysis situation.The thesis research has enriched the existing theory of BIM technology application maturity in the construction stage to a certain extent,and provided the theoretical basis and evaluation basis for managers in evaluating the BIM technology application ability and project management level in the construction stage. |
