In recent years,China has strongly promoted the growth of underground comprehensive pipe gallery,tunnel project is in full swing around.Due to the particularity of the project itself,in the construction process to adopt advanced technology to ensure the achievement of project goals.BIM technology is widely used in our country in recent years.And areas of application is becoming more and more popular.With the construction of ducts,we also found that there were some problems in the construction process.First of all,construction coordination is difficulty.Line of tunnel engineering,construction operations long and are often accompanied by the construction of roads during the construction process,between the subject of the construction of barriers to communication.Second,there's no proven software engineering measurement,also mainly focuses on hand quantity,low accuracy,is not conducive to cost control.Steel bars reinforcement material without reliable engineering data,large deviation.Finally,many tunnel engineering,mechanical and electrical equipment,plus venue restrictions,Gallery,erection difficulties during construction,pipeline,electrical and mechanical equipment and positioning and parameter information archive and no scientific means.Use BIM technology to solve in this paper in tunnel construction project quality,schedule and cost effective control over some difficult to use traditional ways of working.Through using BIM technology solution construction process in the coordination poor,and low-down difficult of problem;using BIM software completed steel engineering of built die,and complex node steel arrangement,and steel engineering volume measurement;through BIM 4D for progress management,real-time reference,dynamic adjustment work progress;with BIM technology demonstrates big caliber pipeline of lifting,solution site small,and lifting hole aperture had narrow of problem;using BIM technology for construction site of layout,in formed three dimensional visual of model of while,Calculate the amount of temporary facilities and statistics,facilitate cost control;Using BIM software statistical quantity of concrete in tunnel engineering works to form a reliable engineering data,provide a basis for cost control.Through practical applications in engineering,BIM technology can really shine in some conventional means difficult nature of the place,for the construction of underground pipe Gallery brought a lot of convenience.In the course of construction of underground comprehensive pipe Gallery,use of BIM technology in the quality control,process control,cost control,played a big role.Application of BIM technology is not just technical innovation,are mutations of the management model.
