New Efficient Use Of Research University Building

For nearly a decade, along with large-scale college enrollment, the increasing number of students, a new campus building more and more colleges and universities. In the new campus construction, increasing the size of the campus, even up to 200 square meters per capita area. Teaching building huge spatial scale, mostly due to the traditional system of building this layout pattern, low efficiency in the use of school buildings, school buildings and some carry only a single feature class, the situation is more serious waste of idle, causing serious land resources teaching resources and waste.In this paper, the theory of combing and research on campus and classroom building college design, combined with relevant teaching building design case studies, in order to use around school buildings as a starting point, visits to research the use of Chenggong surrounding University City College classroom building, after a lot of data analysis and sorting, combined with field measurements, dynamic observation, questionnaire, visiting teachers and students. By teaching building of classrooms and other public functions and space efficiency in the use of non-functional space for research analysis. Summarized from three aspects of the efficient use of the school building design optimization strategy. (1) overall layout of school buildings.
