Study On The Spatial Characteristics Of B&B In Nanjing Suburb

With the gradual maturation of the outskirts of Nanjing and the further development of rural tourism in the suburbs,more and more people living in the complex cities are eager to experience the rural wind management of “take the chrysanthemum down southeast” and seek one experience that can be able to feel physical and mental pleasure while experiencing Regional local culture.As people pay more attention to the experience of suburban tourism accommodation,such non-standardized design accommodation products such as suburban guesthouses are again favored by tourists.Based on this,in order to meet the needs of tourism accommodation in the suburbs and with the public's positive response to the homestay market,local governments have successively issued relevant favorable policies,and prompting the rapid development of the development of the Nanjing Bianjiao B&B industry,but at the same time the space design of the B&B products still exist some problems and deficiencies.This article takes the status quo of Nanjing Suburban Bed and Breakfast as research object,sorts out the related documents of the bed and breakfast and around the city recreational belts,discusses the type and characteristics of the bed and breakfast in the literature,and summarizes the external environment and architectural appearance of the suburban guesthouses,courtyard layout,interior decoration features.With the methods of field surveys and case studies,we conducted the investigation and analysis of the Distribution of Nanjing Suburban Bed and Breakfast and the Interior Space Characteristics of the Bed and Breakfast,thus summarizing the environmental features and inadequacies of the Nanjing suburban guesthouses,and providing a basis for the construction of the landscape suburbs in Nanjing suburbs.After summarizing the environmental characteristics of the Nanjing suburban homestay,the article explored the principles and strategies of Nanjing's home-blanket environment,and took Nanjing Tangshan Jiangcun B&B as an example,under the premise of the design principles of Site functionality priority,Multiple sensory experiences in space and Local Heritage Culture,proposed a homestay narrative,sensory experience,and native design strategy.Finally,built one B&B with a natural rustic atmosphere as the main tone,and made full use of local hot spring features to arrange theme soup rooms and outdoor starry hot springs,create one story-telling.temperature-friendly B&B space.
