Research On The Design Of Jinzhong's Characteristic Bed And Breakfast Under The Background Of Rural Tourism

The monotonous urban style has prompted people to yearn for close contact with the rural area and nature.Under the background that China vigorously supports rural industries and promotes the development of rural tourism,rural tourism has attracted widespread attention.Jinzhong is located in the central part of Shanxi Province.Due to the limitation of geographical conditions,Jinzhong displays a unique regional culture.At present,the design of bed and breakfast(BNB)in Jinzhong is still in the development stage,and there is no corresponding design theory guidance.This thesis takes the Jinzhong's BNB as the research object,researches the existing theme of the BNB and its influencing factors,analyzes the design principle and designs method of BNB in Jinzhong,and designing the BNB with modern people's aesthetic characteristics,showing its unique regional characteristics and reflecting the charm of Jinzhong.This thesis is divided into four parts.Firstly,this thesis elaborates on the research background,purpose and significance and it defines the basic concepts,understands the research status of domestic and foreign BNB research,and then proposes the research objects and methods of the thesis.Secondly,through visits and online research to classify the rural BNB in Jinzhong,it is compared with other excellent BNB of the same type in other areas of China.On this basis,does it sort out the influencing factors of rural BNB design in Jinzhong.Thirdly,the design of the BNB in Jinzhong should start from the design principles,theme planning,scenario creation,and space design of the BNB space,and draw up a specific design strategy,which provides a sufficient theoretical basis for subsequent design practice.Finally,through the integration of regional culture,a BNB space with regional characteristics of Jinzhong is constructed.Through the development of Jinzhong BNB,there are two advantages.On the one hand,it helps to improve the rural environment,develop the rural economy,and develop and protect the folk customs and culture of jinzhong;on the other hand,it also actively responds to the national call to promote the construction and development of the rural revitalization strategy.
