Study On The Construction Of ATL-ReBAM(Agri-Tourism Landscape From ReBAM Perspective)

China is experiencing a rapid urbanization process.It is an unprecedented impact to rural landscapes for the expansion of cities has brought continuous destruction of their surrounding villages.With the booming number of urban residents who suffered from city life stress eager to return to the countryside,longing for recreation activities in the countryside,agri-tourism came into being.Agri-tourism is a new industry combining agriculture and tourism.It provides cultural value and leisure function for traditional agriculture.The construction of agri-tourism landscape has a positive effect on maintaining rural ecological environment,improving the productivity of agricultural products,improving farmers' life quality,inheriting local culture,integrating urban and rural development,enhancing the exchange of urban and rural residents and providing public places of leisure activities.The development trend of agri-tourism has exposed many landscape problems.While the research of agri-tourism landscape lacks systematic and comprehensive analysis of city development,resource distribution,and the law of urban residents' travel.This paper argues that,as a vital part of RcBAM activities,the development of agri-tourism should be in accordance with the rules and characteristics of citizens' recreational activities around the city.The construction of agri-tourism landscape should consider and study from the angle of urban and rural development,coordinating with degrees of urban influence and distribution laws of natural and agricultural resources around the city.Based on the background of landscape architecture,combining the relevant theories and knowledge of tourism disciplines,urban planning disciplines and economics disciplines,this paper has deeply studied the relationship between recreation and landscape.This paper has found and pointed out that ReBAM(Recreational Belt Around Metropolis)and agri-tourism(landscape)have "mutual development benefits","regional overlapping" and "activities similarities",and the two arr possible to be combined.Using field investigation method,depth interview method,questionnaire survey method,inductive deduction method and qualitative and quantitativc methods,this paper maintains that the construction of agri-tourism landscape could get revelation from RcBAM theory.It puts forward the concept of ATL-ReBAM(Agri-Tourism Landscape from RcBAM perspective),and considers that ATL-ReBAM is a complex landscape system,with the natural environment,people's recreational activities,industry(agriculture)being inextricaby linked.This paper studies the elements.spatial structure,classification,characteristics,influencing factors and dynamic mechanism of ATL-ReBAM,and furthermore,puts forward the construction mode and construction methodical system of it.Taking Chengdu as an example,this paper summarizes its ATL-ReBAM elements.spatial structure and landscape characteristics of several agri-tourism demonstration sites,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the existing problems in the landscape.Finally,this paper summarizes the construction strategics of ATL-RcBAM.It advocates the humanized and experiential agri-tourism landscape,and emphasizes its combination with the dynamic development of the city.The main conclusions of this study are:1.Summary of landscape elements,spatial structure,and evolvement process of spatial structure of ATL-ReBAM.The landscape elements of ATL-ReBAM can be divided into three major categories,9 normial categories and 67 minor categories.The spatial structure of the "three-belt" model is described as the city center area staying in core,while the suburb region locating nearby,followed by agricultural zone and suburban ecological holiday zone radically.The evolvement of its spatial structure goes through four stages:single core mode,core-axis mode,core-network mode and strip mode.The explanatory models of the transversal mechanism of ATL-ReBAM are growth pole model,point-axis model,network model and circle model respectively.2.Research of dynamic system and landscape effect of ATL-ReBAM.The dynnamic system maintaining ATL-ReBAM consists of three main subsystems,namely the demand system,the suppy system and the support system.ATL-ReBAM has good landscape effect at the ecological level,cultural level,social level,aesthetic level,development level and control level,which contributes to the realization of regional ecological balance,the continuation of regional culture,the increases residents' sense of existence and belonging,the guiding aesthetic orientation,the balancing of urban and rural development,and the control of urban spraw.3.Summary of the management modes and construction of method system of ATL-ReBAM.The management modes of ATL-ReBAM include farm stay recreation,public agricultural park,sightseeing agricultural park,educational farm,silver farm,leisure fann,agricultural science and technology demonstrating park,ecological agriculture resort,agricultural theme park and historical town.The organizational patterns of ATL-ReBAM can be divided into three types:fanner-dominated pattern,government-dominated pattern and enterprise-dominated pattern.The method sy stem of ATL-ReBAM construction includes four parts:pre-planning,target and decision,project planning and production.4.Research on the landscape features,problems and promotion strategy of ATL-ReBAM in Chengdu.The ATL-ReBAM in Chengdu is basically accorded with the "three-belt" model,but the present landscape resources are unevenly distributed,the agri-tourism product lacks innovation,the local consciousness is deficient and the connections among agri-tourism parks are weak.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward these four strategies:?Apply the "three-belt" model;?Strengthen the contacts among agri-tourism parks and promote their landscape development;? Facilitate the construction of infrastructions;?Inheriting local culture and indigenous characters.5.Construction strategies of ATL-ReBAM are proposed.ATL-ReBAM is a complex system,the construction of which is a systematic project.We should adhere to the principles of ecological protection,experiencing participation,suitable construction and interaction between urban and rural areas.The construction strategies including the improvement of government policies,the magnifications of resources protection strategies,the application of the "three-belt"model,the promotion of indigenous characteristics,the intensification of dynamic mechanism.
