As early as 2000,China has entered an aging society.By 2020,the number of people over 60 years old will increase to 255 million, which brings great challenges to the pension service industry.Among them, the rural elderly account for about 60% of the total elderly population, and the current situation of pension is particularly prominent. At the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the government encouraged the exploration of various forms of pension models to meet the needs of the elderly, especially the rural elderly in the limited economic conditions to provide a safe and comfortable living environment.Suburban villages,as the transition zone between urban and rural areas, have the advantages of convenient transportation, multiple resources sharing, and good natural ecology. Therefore, suburban villages provide the environment conditions that can be fully utilized to improve the current situation of urban and rural endowment, and on this condition,a new model of urban and rural mutual endowment has emerged. The research on the mutual aid pension model in urban and rural areas can supplement and improve the existing pension system and conditions, and can also help the rural construction. At present, many scholars have carried out theoretical exploration on the model of urban-rural mutual assistance for the aged from the perspective of sociology and economics, focusing on theoretical discussion and possibility analysis, less research from the perspective of reality and practice, more lack of adaptability and Experimental Research on the improvement of environmental conditions of different living backgrounds and different elderly groups from the perspective of design ? In this paper, the main research object is to explore the construction of suburban rural mutual pension community.Through field research, object interviews, case studies at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the daily behavior habits and environmental needs of two different elderly people in urban and rural areas, and takes Jingang village in Geleshan,Chongqing as the research and design practice object to explore the construction of suburban rural mutual pension community system The strategy and the design method of community environment reconstruction provideconstructive ideas and reference value for improving the current situation of urban and rural elderly care.In this paper, the concept of sharing resources is used to reflect on the current situation of the elderly in rural and urban areas.First of all,it explores the current situation of urban and rural endowment in China, compares and analyzes the traditional and modern mutual endowment mode, and defines the related concepts of mutual endowment, suburban rural, pension community, and summarizes the main content and significance of suburban rural mutual endowment community.Secondly,it discusses the theoretical research foundation of the environment design of the community for the aged in the suburb and countryside, and enlightens the design ideas from the application methods of the theory of the environment design for the aged and the theory of cultural anthropology. At the same time,it summarizes the design practice experience of mutual assistance pension at home and abroad. Then, through the questionnaire survey of different old people in Chongqing urban and rural areas, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different old-age modes and the current living environment of the old people, understand the different living conditions, behavior habits and environmental needs of the old people in urban and rural areas, and provide the basis for the research on the environmental adaptation design of the rural mutual pension community.Based on the analysis of the survey data, this paper finds out the common and different characteristics of the elderly in urban and rural areas, sums up four circles as the starting point for the study, and combines the three basic organizational units of rural dwellings to explore the environmental design methods of rural mutual pension community in suburban areas, and constructs a new model, new community and new life of urban and rural mutual assistance.
